1. Saya telah membuat beberapa penulisan mengenai penipuan dan kesesatan yang dilakukan oleh Zamre Ab Wahab. Nama yang digunakannya buat masa ini ialah Pal Masa Bayu.

2. Kali ini saya akan menunjukkan bukti-bukti penipuannya tentang hablur (kristal) yang dijualnya dengan nama ABA24 (Immunotherapy-13) atau Indokristal IK24. Hablur yang dicanang sebagai campuran gula dan garam itu, sebenarnya menggunakan tawas (alum/potassium aluminium sulfate) sebagai bahan utamanya.

3. Ada hablur lain yang dihasilkan, tetapi bukan untuk dijual, dinamakan F3A1. Hablur ini didapati mengandungi garam (sodium chloride, NaCl). Jadi, hablur ini selain mengandungi tawas, ia juga dimasukkan garam, tidak seperti hablur ABA24 yang dijual di pasaran.

4. ABA24 kategori F2 dan F3 tidak mengandungi garam dan protein sepertimana yang tertera pada label. Ini juga satu bentuk penipuan.

5. Oleh itu, dalam laporan makmal yang ada di sini, anda akan mendapati sebahagian hablur mengandungi garam, manakala sebahagian yang lain tidak mengandungi garam. Apa yang pasti, kedua-duanya mengandungi elemen-elemen tawas iaitu potasium/kalium (K), aluminium (Al) dan sulfur (S).

6. Selain itu, saya lampirkan juga bukti-bukti kesesatannya.

REF: SMUGGLING OF ABA24 CRYSTALS (RELABELED AS IK24) INTO INDONESIA

With reference to the matter mentioned above and pursuant to our meeting on the 10th of July 2015, we apologise for the delay in submitting our written complaint to you as there was delay in processing of the laboratory analysis of ABA 24 due to the long Hari Raya holidays. We had sent samples to three different laboratories. We have currently obtained all three laboratory data which we are forwarding to you. The official written report from University Malaya will only be ready on the 30th of July 2015. The report will be forwarded to you in due course.

The ABA24 in the form of crystals has been marketed here in Malaysia via a distribution network by Orinature Harvest Sdn Bhd .It is marketed as a food supplement for everyone with the purported claims that it contains only salt , sugar with a very minimal protein content. During our meeting, we had presented to you the 2 bottles of ABA24 which comes in 2 variants: F2 and F3.The crystals are placed in sachets (each sachet about 0.1g) with each bottle containing 45 sachets. The F2 is marketed for everyone even healthy individuals for detoxification and maintenance of the immune system while the F3 is used for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, stroke and various other ailments. It is consumed sublingually 3 times per day. Some patients with cancer have been advised to take it between 5 times to 7 times per day.

It has been marketed as a miracle cure for all diseases including cancer. It has been said to activate the immune system of the body and able to cure all diseases especially all types of Cancers, Diabetes, Hypertension, Stroke, Heart disease and even HIV/AIDS. Patients have been advised NOT TO undergo any form of hospital treatment like surgery, chemotherapy or any other drug therapy but to take the ABA24. which is consumed by the sublingual route which goes directly to the heart. It has even been given to babies.

The ABA24 does not have the approvals of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia and is not registered under the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (Biro Pengawalan Farmaseutikal Kebangsaan, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) . The F2 is priced at RM145 and F3 is RM195 in Malaysia.

Aba24/IK24 contains Aluminum Potassium Sulphate which could be Alum or Tawas. Our initial suspicion which was based on our research on the internet looking at the shape of the crystals has been confirmed by data of both laboratory analysis confirming the presence of Aluminium Hydroxide (AlO2), Sulphur( SO3) and Potassium (K) in significant quantities. For the purpose of further validation, we have 3 laboratory data analysis confirming this. The data and report of the analyses are attached.

The side effects of consuming of excessive aluminium resulting in toxicity include kidney damage, degenerative diseases of the brain like dementia and Alzheimer. It also causes respiratory diseases resulting in breathlessness and fluid in the lungs like evidenced by many of the cancer patients mentioned.

This product had been smuggled and introduced into Indonesian market about one and a half years ago. A few individuals had been recruited to distribute the product. These individuals are using the electronic media such as Facebook, Whatsapp and Telegram to market ABA24. In Indonesia ABA24 F2 is priced at IDR375000 and the F3 at IDR575000.

To take advantage of the potential market in Indonesia, the product will be relabeled as IK24 (Indokristal 24). They have recruited two Indonesian individuals to head the activities in Indonesia and have just registered a company called PT Indo Kristal for this purpose. The company documents are attached.

Miss Faras Mentari in Jakarta, Indonesia whose late mother had Cancer of the Cervix. She was advised not to undergo surgery and was started on the ABA24 since April 2014. Her cancer advanced to stage 4 in NOVEMBER 2014 and she passed away on 25 June 2015. Another patient from Indonesia, Rita Miranti is currently hospitalised in critical condition. She is suffering from breast cancer which has now spread to her other breast with fluid in her lungs. These patients’ communications via telegram are attached for your perusal.

The mastermind responsible for this criminal act of producing this product is the CEO of Orinature Harvest Sdn Bhd, Zamre Abdul Wahab. He is also known as Pal HA Zamre and Dr. Masa Bayu. Pal Masa Bayu is the latest name he has adopted since his frequent travels and activities in Indonesia. The term Pal is the abbreviation of Professor Alamtologi which is a deviational ideology that he claims was the basis of the knowledge used to invent this miracle cure known as ABA24 and also other products like mind mapping programmes which are already being marketed in Indonesia as N2N Neuroscience. He is also masquerading as a doctor and we have photographic evidence of him examining patients.

He is currently in Aceh since 27 July 2015. Details of his meeting and photos in Aceh are attached. He will be in Bandung from 30 July 2015. The details of the programme in Bandung (31 July 2015) will be made available in the attachments. Zamre Abdul Wahab is a self proclaimed professor with no formal university education. He is a charismatic conman and a pathological liar. He has some knowledge of the Quran to which he uses as a means to convince people and to create a perception of good character.

He is also considers himself as an expert in Alamtologi based medical science known as Altomedik and takes on the role of a doctor advising patients against any form of conventional hospital based treatment and medicine. He has been masquerading as a doctor and misleading the public both here and in Indonesia going by the name of Dr. Masa Bayu.

Zamre Abdul Wahab was convicted twice for deviational teachings and two fatwas were issued against him by the Islamic Religious Council of Malaysia. The first fatwa was in 2001 in Selangor, Malaysia and the second fatwa was issued in 2003 in the state of Melaka. The fatwas are also attached below. He had escaped to the Middle East then. He has managed to resurface in Malaysia by hoodwinking several renowned people in Malaysia with this so called invention of a miracle cure and the science of Alamtologi.

Now he has planned to move to Indonesia. He has made numerous trips to Indonesia in the last 3 months and the last was on 18 June 2015 to Cirebon. He had met the Sultan of Cirebon bringing this so called ideology. He has managed to convince the Sultan to obtain land to set up a centre in Cirebon . He has also formed a company called PT Indokristal using two Indonesian nationals. The details of the Cirebon trip and PT Indokristal are attached .On his return to Malaysia on the 25th of June 2015, he has been collecting money from Malaysians on the pretext of selling shares on his Indonesian joint venture. Proof of this is also attached.

We want all his criminal activities which encompases posing as a bogus doctor, the sale of Tawas as food supplements and his deviationist teachings of Alamtologi to be brought to an end .These are the steps that we have embarked to stop him from cheating and endangering peoples’ lives with the excessive consumption of Alum. We have notified the Consumer Association of Penang and will soon be submitting the necessary reports to The Ministry of Health, Malaysia, Police headquarters in Bukit Aman and also Bank Negara Malaysia with regards to the sale of the non-existent shares in Indonesia which constitutes to Illegal Deposit Taking without a valid license and contravenes the Banking And Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA). The attachments with proof will be sent in a few subsequent emails as the files are large.

We fully appreciate all the assistance rendered by the Indonesian Consulate working together with our local authorities in preventing this criminal from absconding to Indonesia and to continue his criminal activities there. We are sure that your goodself, being a representative of the Indonesian people having a national and moral obligation to the good, trusting Indonesian people, will do all that you possibly can to safeguard them.
